Enjoy the delicious flavors of watermelon and mint after a long day outside in the summer sun. These ice cubes combine rejuvenation with creativity to amplify your hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cups of watermelon, seeded and diced
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 12 mint leaves
  • Absopure Water

Directions:

  • Pour water into an ice cube tray to determine how much liquid is needed to fill the tray.
  • Place watermelon in a blender or food processor. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the blender. Process until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute mint leaves throughout the ice cube tray.
  • Pour the watermelon juice into an ice cube tray.
  • Freeze until solid.
