Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars High School Field Trip
We’re a proud sponsor and supporter of Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars®, a program of Scholarship America. Yesterday, we participated in a high school field trip, where 40 students from four area high schools helped The Greening of Detroit with a community involvement project, followed by a touring learning experience with University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. This was such a fun and rewarding event!
“We had a lot of fun,” said Casey Rehm, Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars’ secretary. “Together, our students packaged 3,500 seed packets! They were really proud, which was cool to see.”
